Salesperson was very helpful and answered all our questions. Installers were professional, nice and helpful. Our French doors were installed quickly. The installers cleaned the area completely.

Excellent experience First off, Mandi was right on time, thank you. After explaining what our situation was, I left her to get her pictures and come up with what Hometown could do for us. She was professional in giving us the different options might suit our needs. After deciding which way to proceed, we went thru all the different styles, finishes and accessories that were available. Pricing was a bit of a shock, but was isn't nowadays. After applying discounts that were available and a little more haggling, we settled on a price we could live with. Papers were signed and now we're looking forward o our new bathroom. Hopefully the install goes as smoothly as the sales process.

New Windows

The guys working on my house showed up on a holiday and had my windows in in one day. I was skeptical when they said they were done and I came back to a house that didn't even look the same and was beautiful! My neighbor came over and complimented the windows and how much better the house looked. The guys installing had such great attitudes and cleaned up toe old windows and the debris left over. As far as windows go I don't think you can go wrong with HTC. I couldn't have asked for any more than what they provided.
