Over all our experience from start to finish was awesome. The time frame to complete work was 3 days, all installers we came into contact with were so respectful of our home and patient with any questions or concerns we had. They kept us informed if any problems arose. To be honest I was expecting to to be a longer, drawn out process and was pleasantly surprised and thankful that it was a low stress 3 days. For us the only draw back was the price, which the owner worked with us on. That being said the knowledge and professionalism each of our installers displayed made this a great experience. Yes, I would, and have recommended HomeTown to others. And yes I would consider using you for anther project.

Very kind, personable , professional and well dressed. Spent hours with to make sure I understood all my options. Checked his paperwork 3 time for any error's. Very satisfied with the way this part of the process has gone. It will be 6 to 8 weeks till installation.

Recently had a tub to shower conversion and Nick did an outstanding job installing our new shower. Great communication on our project with Amanda, Patrick, Diane and Nick. Everyone was very professional. Very happy with our new shower. I will be recommending HTC to everyone.

Derek and Mark installed three high impact steel doors in our reseidence. Their service and workmanship were outstanding. Derek's skills as both an installer and a technicìan were detailed and meticulous. He displayed great organizational and coordination skills. Ĥe not only did his outstanding work, but he monitored and guided Mark's work as well. They arrived on time and worked tirelessly until the job was done. They were positive and pleasant with us, as customers ... explaining their work and their expectations. I grade their work as a team as outstanding, and I would highly recommend Derek to others without hesitation. They are a credit to Hometown Contractors, and I would welcome them back for another job.

I could not have asked for a better experience with HTC. No pressure sales from Don Miller who truly did work with us to stay within our budget. Tyler and Ashton who installed every window, left no mess behind! Very courteous and professional. Their office personnel, Jordan, Hannah and Diane to name a few, were ALWAYS very nice to explain the process and answer every question along the way in such a pleasant tone of voice! Everyone truly did make you feel like family! The jingle that plays when on a brief hold when calling is not just words… it lives up to the actions of the employees and reputation of the company! Highly recommend! Honest, Professional, Present AFTER the sale! A fabulous Home Town Experience!

The entire experience from first phone call to finished project couldn’t have been any better. Everyone was professional and kept apprised of shipping/delivery dates and setting the date of installation convenient for us. Charles Carr, our remodeler, was amazing. By himself he did everything from removing the old tub to installing the new shower and left everything spotless when he finished… in 2 days! To say we are very satisfied with HTC is an understatement.
