We met with Mario to discuss new windows options for living along the coast. Mario gave us the history of the company, the people working there and why he works there! He then went into the specific details of the windows and all our options, discussing the pros and cons each step of the way. He explained how they measure, and remeasure the windows, how they’re made, when we could expect them to be complete, the install process and how they work. He showed us how the new windows greatly reduce the heat coming thru your window pane and the transferable warranty. I felt very informed and confident in our decision to use Hometown Contractors for our new hurricane windows. I’m looking forward to seeing the finished product.

Hometown replaced 15 windows in my 59 year old house. They did excellent work, arrived on time, cleaned up, and vacuumed after every window install so there was no mess left behind. They made sure I knew how to open, clean and lock every window before they left. They also installed a new ceiling on my front porch and new soffit and fascia. It looks fantastic. I'm pleased with their work and would hire them again.

Excellent work. The guys arrived on time and finished in one day. Very professional and efficient. The sunroom looks great. Just what I hoped it would be. Good experience from initial meeting to measurements and design to final installation. Everyone was knowledgeable and helpful.

I highly recommend HTC and anxiously await the final results. Scheduling (April) an estimate was simple and timely. Brandon (sales) shared his extensive window industry knowledge without any high-pressure sales tactics. He was great to work with planning our project and very patient with our decision making process, as well as being prompt in responding to email and text questions. I was assured that HTC will keep me informed as the window ordering and replacement process is carried out. They have been true to their word and Ms. Elizabeth has been in touch multiple times and Jeremy has already been out to measure! Everyone I have spoken with at HTC has been very friendly and professional. I am looking forward to my new windows!
