Paul and Kolby were excellent. Very knowledgeable and experienced. You can tell they were professional by the way they removed old windows and installed the new windows. Installation was impeccable. Very well secured and sealed. The trim finish looks great too!  Highly recommend Paul and Kolby. Paul was a very good advocate for the manufacture of the windows and door. My friends at Hometown Contractors have done it again. They arrived each day on time and tackled the rain, lightening and thunder. They managed to wether the storm long enough to apply the primer on my 230’ X 71/2’ cinder block wall and paint it. I choice my favorite adobe Color right out of Sinclair Paint and they applied two coatings as promised. Jimmy is so careful and thorough to cover the curb which supports the wall; he didn’t miss a spot on that enormous wall either. Patrick is such a proficient manager to work with. My hat is off with his care and professionalism 100% of the time he honored the contract to completion and specifications of the job. Michelle in operations is an absolute doll to speak with too, she always calls me if there was any kind of weather change to let me know if the rain was going to delay the schedule. Hometown Contractors surely earned my Five Star rating and this is the second time I have worked with them. Way to go Hometown Contractors. He was punctual and polite through the process and displayed himself well representing HTC. Initially the process was a little like buying a car with the back and forth on pricing, but through the process it all worked out and John went to bat to close the deal. It’s a big purchase so I didn’t take it lightly and did my due diligence to ensure we were making the right decision, and John was patient and understanding of my hesitations. Following up on the installs of the windows which was completed a couple weeks ago. I have no regrets in going with HTC. They were priced slightly higher but the process and install went exactly as planned. The team of installers were overseen with Brian and worked really hard and thorough on the install. The team was extremely professional and I had no hesitations with this group. The quality of the windows is premier. The level of quiet compared to what I had before isn't even imaginable. I no longer hear the traffic or mowers rolling through.

I have an older home and needed new two entry doors. The old doors did not seal having gaps around the edges letting cold in during the winter and heat in now. I contacted Hometown Contractors because they installed new windows for me a little over a year ago. I was very happy with the installation of the windows so I went back to them for the doors. Hometown Contractors kept me informed on the status of my doors and scheduled the installation. My doors came in quicker than expected and we rescheduled 3 weeks earlier than their original estimate. Nick and Wyatt were at my home just after 8 AM and promptly began the installation. They laid down tarps to protect my floors. They works diligently on the installation. The doors look fantastic. They did a great cleanup after they were finished. I highly recommend Hometown Contractors for windows or doors. I am a very satisfied customer.
