I had 6 new windows installed and they are perfect. Installation was flawless and the installers were very professional. I will be getting 4 more windows installed soon and all my windows will be done. HTC did an excellent job improving the look of my home.

Last week I had 6 beautiful new windows installed at my home. The installers were polite and efficient. These windows truly enhance the beauty of my home. The installers went over the working of the windows and ensured I understood the proper operations of opening and closing the windows. I have four more windows to purchase to and I am looking forward to having the rest of the windows installed. Thank you HTC for doing such a great job.

Worst customer service ever

We called since we had a hairline crack in our tub. We love our tub and the work they did don’t get me wrong, but they said they were checking on our warranty and NEVER called us back. Everything is fine now but we hope we don’t have issues in the future! Now the hairline crack has grown and the bottom of the tub is spongy- I’m very disappointed!
