Excellent Service

Let me start by saying WOW! I filled out an on-line form to request a quote. A few minutes later I received a call asking when I wanted to schedule the consult. The consult was scheduled to occur in two days. The rep that came to our home, Brandon I., was a true pleasure to work with. While we generally knew what we wanted, we did not know what was actually possible. Brandon was full of not just ideas, but photos from real jobs he showed us. He provided both the pros and cons for all of the options we asked about. He took the time to answer all of our questions and to work up several quotes based on our questions. At no time did he pressure us into any of the options, try to up-sale us, or pressure us to sign anything before we had all of our questions answered. Once we decided on the options we wanted, Brandon helped us with all of the available discounts. He also discussed a timeline with us of when and how the project should progress. Given the opportunity to do so, I would definitely work with Brandon on future projects.
