Excellent. Give these hard working young men a raise in pay. Excellent. Aside from the smudge in the glass (a flaw in the glass) when that glass pane is replaced, if it is done as cleanly and efficiently as the install, I will sing your praises. So far, worth every penny.

From the initial phone call to schedule an estimate to the final walk through, excellent customer service, professional friendly people. Jimmy and Mark were the installation crew, Jimmy was by himself the first day and I don’t think he ever took a break. The second day Mark showed up as a helper and the job was completed . Quality supplies, perfect installation and went out of their way to keep the work area clean. Both worked together and finished this bath to a shower project in two days. Great work ethic from both Jimmy and Mark. Outstanding experience with Hometown Contractors.

Our Sales Rep was Steve Richmond. He was very knowledgeable, answered all my questions, gave a great presentation of the windows we are needing for our house. Steve was very respectful and friendly with no pressure to buy. That my friends is what sold me. He explained all plans and discounts and gave us the opportunity to choose what plan worked best for us. I highly recommend Steve for any of your HomeTown projects.

I wanted to let you know that you have a really good crew guys who show up on time and work hard to get the job done. They went above and beyond in helping us sort through some quirks with our old 1950s bathrooms. Kevin in particular was great; I didn’t catch everyone else’s names. Keep up the good work and take care of your employees. It shows.

Tub to Walk in shower

My dad recently upgraded to a walk-in shower, and it has completely transformed his daily routine. One of the biggest highlights is the easy entry, no more stepping over a high tub wall, which makes the space much safer and more convenient for him. The glass panels keep the space feeling clean and modern, and they’re surprisingly easy to maintain. A quick wipe after each use keeps everything crystal clear. The built-in bench paired with the handheld shower wand/sprayer right beside it makes showering much easier and more comfortable for him. Mark and Jimmy were professional throughout the entire installation process, taking the time to explain each step in ensuring everything was done with care and precision. Water pressure and drainage are excellent, and the floor level entry means no awkward edges or tripping hazards. It’s a small change that has made a big difference in his comfort and safety. Overall, the walk-in shower has been one of the best upgrades he’s made-practical, safe, and a huge improvement to his day-to-day life.

These 2 guys showed up on time and ready to work. Off to a good start, within the hour one window replaced. Vernon and Charlie knocked out the 3 windows and the double doors in the next few hours, cleaned up and ready to go. The guys were professional and I recommend you ask for them if you want the job done right!
