I cannot POSSIBLY recommend HTC enough! The project has gone smoothly from start to finish! I added a 14x14 Florida room/den, a 14x18 screened-in porch (for a SwimSpa), and a 14x14 concrete deck and everything is handicap accessible to boot! While everyone at HTC has been phenomenal, I absolutely want to give a HUGE THANK YOU to Terry and Jason - the folks who did MOST of the hard work getting the structures installed efficiently and effectively (and are just the nicest two men I have had the pleasure to work with). The only "delays" came from the world-wide shipping delays we are all dealing with right now. Having worked with multiple contractors and subs in the realty world, I do not say this lightly, They were ALWAYS professional and let me know every step of the way what to expect. The follow-up protocol HTC uses is a SHINING EXAMPLE of how ALL businesses should be run. If you are wondering who to hire for your sunroom and patio needs, look no further!! Call them today, You will NOT regret it! Thanks too to every single member of the team from start to finish. This was a simple and smooth home improvement project that will likely outlast me!

From beginning to end, everyone we dealt with was courteous, considerate, knowledgeable, professional. The sales rep was thorough in describing the process and making of the materials used, and explained everything to our understanding, including pros and cons. Office personnel were always pleasant and kept us updated on the progress of our product. It was ready weeks before we expected and the crew was scheduled promptly. They were very careful and professional and precise during the tear down, replacement and relocation of drain and pipes, drywall, water lines, even asked if there's anything else they could help with. They cleaned up after their job both days and disposed of all the old parts. WE were provided with instructions and phone numbers and a follow up inspection. We'd highly recommend this company. They showed integrity and do not substitute parts or compromise the quality of their products.

Excellent!! The rep, Brandon, came as scheduled and reviewed our thoughts on Sunroom and house impact windows and door replacement. He was most helpful in putting our ides into a workable and affordable plan and drawing up the project and estimate while on-site. Brandon was very professional, yet friendly and easy to deal with. We felt he was on our team to provide an excellent outcome at a reasonable cost.
