Great! From start to finish, very professional, truthful and understanding. From day one, salesman,Jmmy Ore, office personnel, manager, Mike and installers, Jason and Connor were outstanding! Jason and Connor went above and beyond our expectations! Great service and great people. Would highly recommend compared to other competitors.

Ordered windows in Dec 2021 with delivery date of 3-4 months. Windows and door was finished installing today 4/7/22 as predicted. From start to finish, it was a good experience. Jimmy Ore, the salesman, presentation and easy to negotiate with was totally honest and everything he said was truthful. Mike, the Manager, kept me updated on the shipping of my windows and when to expect them to be installed. He also answered all my questions and never missed returning my calls. Jason and Connor installed the windows and door. They were truly professional and very conscientious with their work. They were very friendly and personable and took time to answer all questions and made sure that we were happy with results. They went out of their way to make sure we were satisfied. I feel you could possibly get a cheaper price, but after researching and reading horrifying reviews of other window companies, I feel that I made the right choice. We are totally satisfied and our windows and front door looks great and I know that they were done professionally. Thanks especially to Jason and Connor!

The projected we contracted with Hometown took place earlier than expected. The crew arrived on time, kept a clean workplace and kept me informed on what was happening. They are a true 5-Star company. We will use them on our next project.

They kept me updated calling me every 2 weeks while waiting for supplies and also called to set everything up. They were great and I highly recommend them.

Excellant! I had an emergency plumbing problem on a Sunday morning. Called HTC and had a plumber out in 2 hours! He fixed the problem quickly and we are grateful! Plumber was Charles Carr.

After many useless estimates from other companies, HTC came in and gave us good/honest estimates to tear down the rock wall, repair/replace wood and siding on our house. Time frame was within what was discussed but at one point it didn’t look as if we would get the type of siding we wanted due to material shortages in the industry so we started to change to a cheaper/more readily available siding. Randy called me and convinced me to hold on and stick with the original plan. We did and was very impressed with the outcome. Thank you for fixing our home!
