The team that was sent to work on my sunroom were always on time, very respectful, did an awesome job. I couldn't be happier with the workmanship these 2 guys provided. Derek and Mark best ever!!!

So professional, quick to update progress and keep in touch.

Kyle and Jimmy arrived this morning to remove and replace the surround in our master. The old surround was bulging from the wall. They removed and replaced the surround with the new order and the job was done professionally and quickly. Not an issue in sight. The two of them make a good team, and they are both friendly and professional. I'm very happy with their work. They cleaned up afterwards, and also left me with some future advice. Good buisness. Thanks.

Top Notch Sales Representation

I'm an old guy, and have learned some hard lessons when it comes to home improvements. If you are looking for "deals", "discounts" or "lowest price". You get what you deserve. We are getting new Impact windows installed by HTC. Salesman Mike Riley didn't just stop over and measure, then leave us a quote. He sat at our kitchen table for hours explaining what products they offered, and was not high pressure. Mike was outstanding and represents HTC in a fashion the owners should be proud of. The key selling point to me was that HTC does not subcontract work. They have their own crews. If you've ever used a big box store, or other fly by night home improvement companies, you probably know that's why they come at you with the selling point of..we're cheaper than the big guys. They might be, but quality of work when it comes to something like windows cannot be understated. Our windows won't be installed for a few weeks, but at least we feel comfortable knowing we are dealing with a family company that's been around for over 20 years, and has great sales reps like Mike Riley representing them. So before you drop thousands with a company offering you "a deal no one can beat". Call HTC and find out why quality products and labor ain't cheap!

Excellent Presentation

I just want to provide a review of the outstanding presentation I received from Mr. Mario Molnair. I have given my fair share of presentation while on active duty, but it is rare to have someone just slay a presentation today. He definitely knew the product and he answered every question without hesitation. He spoke to me like we were family and his tone and knowledge of his employers products were excellent. He was on time, courteous and prepared. Again, Mr. Molnair, excellent job. I definitely looking forward to have my new windows installed.
