Quality of the materials was A1 and all the professional installers were very polite and knowledgeable.

We are very pleased with the professionalism of HTC. They communicated with us all along the way. Robert and his crew talked with us daily, so we knew what to expect next. They did not remove the old siding and soffit all at once, but wisely took down only the portions they were ready to replace, so we were not made vulnerable to the elements. They cleaned up after themselves every day. We would highly recommend HTC! A very pleasant experience!

Derek & Thomas were very professional and knowledgeable. Any questions I had they answered. Any issues I had they addressed them. they did and amazing job with my sunroom and 'i'm very happy with it. Nik T did an credible job doing our tub/shower conversion!! What an extraordinary professional! Cleaned behind every step of the process, attention to detail was in everything he did. Couldn’t be happier!!

The salesman was great at his job. Had me convinced that I not only needed the windows but that they would save me money and be affordable... NOT! He sent me an estimate of over $43K to replace 15 standard sized windows on a fifty year old single floor home! Almost $3K per window! That estimate supposedly included a military discount for myself. $2,903.00 per window! They must be gold plated. Are they? I do NOT recommend that any fellow veteran turn to these people for help.

We were continously kept up to date as to progress of materials. The installer, Ervin, was very professional and courteous. Very good cleanup after project was completed.
