Our entire experience with Hometown Contractors was wonderful!! Sales Rep, MichaelJacklett, was very knowledgeable with suggestions and assisted me in the design. He was able to give me the quote and I signed contract that day with a deposit. Since we do not live at this location full time, we scheduled the work which was completed within time frame. I was kept informed by office staff of materials order and start date of project. I can not say enough about our installer, Ernie Bachman. He was exceptional❣️❣️❣️ He was professional and explained every phase of the process. His work is superlative!! I know, since both my first husband and son are in residential construction in GA!!! Very pleased with my new walk in shower!! The work space was left clean and all debris was removed from my property!!! Hands down, I highly recommend this company and will use again for home projects!!!!

Tub to a shower for mobility and safety in Mobile AL. A local recommended contractor measured & talked demo. No fixture choice. Marble guy offered color choice. Demo, plumbing by another contractor, installation, up to 5 days. One bathroom & cats, toilet moved & unusable for duration. Received emailed invoice. NO, No. Local Hometown Contractors web, other reviews. Jeff came, gave info about HTC, explained acrylic material instead of heavy marble requiring attachment to prevent falling off wall. Measured, tablet to show pix for fixture & grab bar options, work list, all certs & liability, discounts. I signed contract etc. on tablet & paid first installment. All signed paperwork emailed PDF right away. Next week or so another employee remeasured to avoid errors, made sure we all knew what we were getting. Would take a few weeks to get permits, test for lead, order materials, then schedule. I was contacted by email or phone every 2 weeks until date. Hard part of demo and plumbing done Thursday, rest of the demo and completed installation Friday. The water cut off for only a short time, toilet could be used. Laid drop cloths during work & did a good clean up before I paid second installment. Warranty & cleaning instructions emailed Tuesday morning after the Memorial Day weekend. Project manager came a week later to inspect. We are very pleased with our new walk-in shower. Safer and more accessible, also brightens up the bathroom. We recommend Hometown Contractors.

Eli and zach Did a fantastic job installing the windows in2025 in a professional and timely manner. Minor damages occurred during installation, they came back and fixed the issues without any arguments. I would highly recommend Hometown Contractors.

Starting with the free estimate all the way to completion of our job we couldn’t have been more pleased. We had 7 windows replaced and 2 exterior doors as well as a sliding glass door installed. Alexis from HTC called once a week to give us an update on our order and installation date. Clayton & Ramon did a great job with the installation. They were on time, very professional and left everything clean and spotless before they left. I would highly recommend HTC to anyone.

This was my first experience with HTC & so far, I am a completely satisfied customer. I had new windows & doors installed, and HTC sent me the A-team, Paul & Zach 😁. Their professionalism & workmanship is TOP-notch. They were no-nonsense when it came to getting the job done right, yet they were very patient & informative when I had any questions or concerns. I feel the installation was done with great attention to detail & I truly appreciate that. I highly recommend Paul & Zach as your windows & doors installers. Thank you Paul & thank you Zach……….

We worked with Brian Teague to select a ProVia hurricane rated front entry door with side light. Brian came recommended to us by a friend who had HTC install a front door for him. He was very knowledgeable, patient, and made the sales call a pleasure. HTC has been excellent in communicating the project every step of the way. Today, Bobby Jones and his assistant came to install the door and did a fantastic job. I am a picky customer and I am very happy. We knew we wanted a ProVia Door and got two quotes for it. HTC was considerably less than the other quote for the exact same door! We have other projects coming up and plan to use HTC again.

Jeff Martin came to introduce the company and products available. He also showed examples of the windows and screens, as well as the better features provided. We were very impressed with his professionalism and appreciate the time he took to make us feel like a valued customer. We look forward to working with Hometown Contractors again in the future.
