From the first visit I can only say how professional each person was and did what they said when they said. They listened to what we wanted for our son who is special needs with a special needs roommate. They made suggestions that we appreciated. We are planning on calling them to our home to change out one of our bathrooms. The installation team was very polite and cleaned up after themselves. We will be asking for the same installation team.
