Attached Outdoor Room & Deck

It has been a challenge getting our 8-year-old quadriplegic granddaughter somewhere to play outside at our home. The outside door to our home is very high off the ground. We currently have a small deck with stairs leading to the yard. Hometown Contractors’ associate, Tyler Herbert, went above and beyond when we told him about our issue. He came up with several ideas on his own to get our granddaughter an attached room to our house that leads straight to a larger deck. This deck will give her lots of room to wheel around and play. The room will allow her to be close to the outdoors even when it rains. Any ideas and concerns we had, Tyler made certain everything was explained thoroughly. He is really the main reason we decided to go ahead and go forward with our plan that he ingeniously designed. Thank you, Hometown Contractors, and thank you, Tyler. We cannot wait to see the design built!

The integrity in this company was evident from the first contact with their agent. There was nothing left to be “discovered later” and tacked on. Each step from sales, answering questions, status of process, procurement of materials, project management professionalism was as expected. The best. Install date began on time, the crew arrived were both eager and courteous. Their expertise was evident. The owner made a walk through during install too. The crew, Charlie & Vernon cleaned up every speck of debris as the job progressed. Upon inspection from the county, we were told Hometown was the best in the business. We’re happy, BTW I can’t get this iPad to accept the 5 star rating I wish to leave.

Kevin and the rest of the crew were so amazing. I really couldn't have asked for better service. They were all so courteous, so pleasant, so considerate. Drop cloths were laid out from the front door all the way down the hall and into the bathroom. They took very good care of my home, careful not to knock into the walls or furniture or get anything on the floors. Kevin spoke kindly and courteously in every interaction. We'll definitely be calling Hometown again.

Brandon came to our home and did an amazing presentation on the windows. He was extremely knowledgeable and had all the truthful answers we asked. He was upfront and honest about everything, which is pretty hard to find when it comes to salesmen (or women), nowadays. Wish more salesman were like Brandon. By the way Brandon not sure if your title is a salesman or not and if not I do apologize but you are amazing at what you're doing for the company. Alexus was as amazing by keeping us updated throughout the project from ordering our windows to any delays that may have happened (which did not) all the way to the completion. We are so thankful there are still great companies out there like Hometown Contractors. Great customer service and great work ethics are so hard to find any more and I would, without hesitation, recommend these guys to anyone who needs work done to their home! Very punctual, hard workers and they actually even cleaned up after themselves. They left it cleaner then when they started. Thank you so much Hometown Contractors, keep up the amazing work!

Tub to Shower

My shower looks great. Everything is just as Brandon and I discussed. Dillion and Tim were very professional,, took every effort to make sure things were the way I wanted , and no dust or signs that there was once a tub in my bath room. They do excellent work and a pleasure to be around. Thanks for a stress free experience.

Brian A. Sold us a walk in shower in January and we decided that we wanted to add a glass shower door. Brain came back and worked with us to be able to have the style of door we were looking for at a price that we could afford.
