Overall ...Very good experience. Craig was very knowledgeable in helping us reach our decision on replacing our windows. The installers finished the project in one day and were professional and kept everything clean. We had one misunderstanding on the sliding windows opening from a different side than we wanted but we chose to leave it instead of waiting for a new window to be ordered.
