Brandon I. was punctual, respectful and knowledgeable. He was patient with all of our questions and concerns about the possibility of doing a screen patio enclosure. Not only was he honest about durability and esthetics he also laid out the pricing options and assured us of up front pricing without any hidden charges. The reason we went ahead and chose HTC without waiting for another company to come and quote is because of Brandon. He represents this company with the highest standards and you can tell how confident he is in HTC’s ability to do the job correctly the first time. He stands by the quality and makes us feel confident that it be be worth every dollar we are spending. He also makes us feel confident that the next phase will be as equally impressive and that HTC strives for excellence from start to finish.
