My overall experience with the company (salesman, scheduling, payment, installation) was good. My home is 1930 with original weighted wood windows. The brick molding was several pieces of molding between the brick and the glass which narrowed the view, in my opinion. So I expressed my desire to have more glass by tearing out some of the brick molding. The salesman stated the brick molding attached to the brick would need to remain. In the end the salesman wrote in his order to “keep as much glass as possible”. and that was what I signed. With the next phase, (the technician-installation measurements person), did the measurement and cautioned that it may mess up my existing interior frame and plantation shutters. I accepted the caution and risk. At installation, the new “casement” replacement windows went in without any difficulty, I have more glass, more light, unobstructed views with the casement type I choose AND, there was no problem with the interior trim and plantation The company removed them but in their paperwork that I signed, required me to put them back. It was a non issue in my case. All went well! I wanted more light, more glass and new casement windows and I got that. The limited lifetime warranty seems to be okay as compared to other window companies but may go away if the company were to go away one day, not sure how that works.

HTC was such a pleasure to work with regarding our high impact window order. The office project coordinator provided us monthly status updates from production to a delivery install date. During the installation phase, the entire HTC team was on site that included two installers, the sales agent and inspector. Brandon and Ramone, the installers, are skilled experienced craftsmen who demonstrated much attention to detail and made you feel as a customer at ease and very confident that the job will be done in a professional manner. We are very happy customers and plan on using HTC for our future remodeling needs!

I was very impressed with the work and the time they put into making it be the best job! They were all polite and helpful and got the job done! I love the widows! They look great! Thank you so much for doing such a great job! I lost my husband last year and making big decisions was so hard for me but I made a great one with you all! Great Crew!

They installed our impact windows and we're very satisfied. The windows are very nice, the workers Jason and Connor were great,. On time, friendly, thorough, cleaned up after they completed the job, hung out window treatments back. We are VERY happy with their work. We will certainly recommend Hometown Contractors and the workers to anyone needing quality windows.

Fabulous. The man who came a polite and well mannered. Introduced themselves. And followed all of my instructions for taking care of my dogs. I explain to them that was my most important thing in life and they followed it to the letter. Oh, yes, they did an absolutely incredible job on my sunroom. It looks beautiful, they were quick and efficient, and I am very pleased with the job. I would have these to come back anytime.

Tim and Taylor did an excellent job on our installation. The windows are awesome, but the installers were very professional and provided superior workmanship.
