The guys showed up early and were very courteous and friendly and hard-working. They were continuous and did not stop until it was done. I am beyond happy with my new shower and the service I received.

Craig Stefanik, with whom my wife and I dealt, is a superior model of a company representative devoted to good customer service. His examination of our rather complex siding issue was thorough. His explanations of work processes, material options, and pricing were crystal clear. He was clearly attentive to our short-term and long-term goals in everything that he did. My wife and I consider prices he gave us reasonable. We could not have asked for a better experience.

Matt K. came to our home and gave us an estimate on a bathroom remodel. He was very patient, and listened to our ideas. He offered some great suggestions, which demonstrated his extensive knowledge about the work and his company. Matt gave us an estimate before he left our home. We were very pleased with the process, and believe that Hometown Contractors is a great company that has high standards.

We called pace Hometown contractors to give us a quote on redoing and updating our shower. Salesman David came out and went over all of our options. Upon hiring hometown contractors it takes several weeks for our products to come in. The staff at Hometown contractors kept us informed, and on our due date, a technician name Jimmy Peterson came out. He began work on time and worked long and hard the first day. He also came across a running drain to the P-trap, which he felt was not up to code. He broke out the slab and cut loose all the plumbing. He showed myself the problem with it, and I am surprised we have not had more issues have been replaced it properly and continued on his work. The following day he arrived promptly on time and continued to work until the job was completed, it did appear that Jimmy Peterson is a perfectionist. I’m very proud of his work, which we are as well. We are very satisfied with hometown contractors and the job from start to finish. .

Nick, our installer was extremely professional! It is very Hard to find people with his work ethics. HTC needs to make sure this gentleman stays with them! He was on time, worked very hard to ensure it was done correctly, and everything was exactly as we wanted. We could not be happier with the total process, from the initial meeting, installation, and the final Management Inspection. Thank you, HTC!!

Tim and Caleb did a magnificent job of installing our new windows. They worked diligently and skillfully, and were incredibly polite. It is always a joy to contract with a company that knows how to do a job right and provide better than they promised. Hometown Contractors are a five star company with five star windows.
