We needed 9 windows replaced that were metal single pane windows original to our 1970s home. We went with vinyl double pane, argon filled. Very impressed with the quality and fit. The windows operate smoothly, and really add a more contemporary look to our house. Gator and Vernon did the install and had all 9 windows replaced in less than 6 hours. They made sure to do an interior and exterior cleanup from removing the old windows and were very good guys to have come out. Very happy with our purchase and our decision to use this business. This is one case where you get what you pay for.

Working with HTC was an amazing experience from the sale through the installation. Brandon and Ramone just completed the installation. They were super friendly, professional and efficient. If I’m not mistaken they left the house cleaner than when they started working this morning!

Although at the beginning phase of our door replacement project, we met with our design consultant today and were very impressed with the breadth of information provided about the company (particularly the focus on customer service and use of employees, not sub contractors), the process, our options and detailed cost summary. We're looking forward to being able to write a similarly glowing review at the completion of the project!

Craig was extremely knowledgeable about the pros and cons of various siding options. I had done many hours of research on various options, but he pointed out key information I never came across in my research that helped me zero in on the right product and completely rule out other products that I was considering because they would not work on my house. Craig spent four hours talking though my options, how the company would perform the work, and taking measurements and inspecting my house to develop the estimate. I have complete confidence that this company is both top notch in workmanship and service.
