The People You Want To Do Your Bathroom Remodel

The process began with Glenn arriving at our home, on time and very friendly but professional. He was extremely respectful of our home even while reviewing the work to be performed and explained the care that would be taken to protect our home while the demo and remodel was performed. He listened to exactly what we desired and that it is exactly what was shown; no upselling...exactly what we wanted. He made a few suggestions to enhance the beauty of our shower/tub area which were great! He explained the whole process from start to finish and then gave us a quote for the job right then, including the discounts we qualified for, and explaining methods we could utilize towards payment. Deciding to go with this fantastic company, a contract was printed up right then and signed; not days or weeks just to get a quote and contract. Glen explained the company does all the permitting for the customer and sets up the inspections, A Huge benefit so I didn't have to run around to the court house. This company truly puts the customer first in every aspect of operations. The next day I was contacted by Kate to go over everything in the contract. Then I was contacted by Diane the Bath Mgr. for a final measurement before ordering. Every employee has been friendly, respectful, courteous and makes you feel like your job is their number one priority at the moment. The company operates with an honesty and integrity that is refreshing to do business with. Glenn Newsome is a great representative

Glen did a great job showing me options and choices for what to put in a new shower. He has always been pleasant and easy to talk with about bathroom upgrades. He is a credit to your company and I would be glad to have him back to my house for another bathroom project. God has blessed Glen in amazing ways. Thank you.

We worked with Don M. for a couple of hours. He spent time explaining every aspect of the job and material comparisons. He was very knowledgeable about his product and the other company’s products. HTC was able to make a very competitive offer with superior product. Don was very thorough and patient answering all questions. They are a great company to work with.

Another Absolutely Wonderful Experience with Hometown Contractors ! Jordan kept me informed on my products and was installed actually before the expected date. The installers were amazing as well. Showed up on time and worked non stop all day. Cleaned up afterwards and were so nice during their visit. Thank you Nick and Chaz for your hard work installing my windows and doors!! Love it- So Gorgeous !! Will also be using Hometown Contractors for my next project! THANK YOU!!

Vernon and Robbie were very professional, provided exceptional service, and even cleaned up afterwards, including putting furniture back in place and hanging curtains. They were originally scheduled for 2 days but completed the project within 6 hours. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience!
