With the exception of the salesman (who sold me of course), I am extremely pleased with choosing Hometown Contractors for my windows project. The windows arrived in a timely manner, installed to perfection from an awesome crew, and the follow up and scheduling kept me aware of what was going on and when. Even after the fact when I had questions and needed help, Hannah in the office was available to assist and get me the needed documentation I was requesting. I will most certainly call upon Hometown for any future projects and will recommend them to my friends and family. Thanks so much for a wonderful job.

This the second time using Hometown Contractors. Both times everything was great. Derrick and Mark were professional and made sure they cleaned up each day. We are very pleased with our Screened in Patio and the professional work they did. We will have many of years of enjoyment on this Patio. THANK YOU.

David arrived on time and was very professional, friendly, and super knowledgeable about his product. He was able to answer all my questions (and some I didn't ask!) and it's apparent that he loves his career! I would recommend that my friends ask for David if considering a remodel.

After our meeting with Dan, we had a full picture of what to expect. He was the only presenter who, we thought, brought a good. Then we got to meet the rest of the team. Tiffany kept us well informed about our status. Our windows arrived earlier than projected, and we finally got to meet Vernon and Rob our installers. They are diligent and hardworking in completing the job correctly and site cleanup. Gregg arrived in both a teaching and QC mode. At the end of the day everything was 100% completed and cleaned. Excellent work. We highly recommend this company for your job. We have future projects and are going to call them again without looking for another contractor.

Your two employees showed up on time & they were cordial & professional. They immediately went to work. During the installation, they did their best to minimize their impact on us as we went about our daily routines. They kept us informed as to their progress. Once completed, my wife & I went to our master bedroom & we were so SATISFIED with our new windows & door. They looked FANTASTIC! Other than the modifications, I couldn’t tell that they had been there at all. There was no mess whatsoever & the installation looked PROFESSIONALLY DONE. The head employee went over some things & again, he was cordial & professional. My wife & I were so IMPRESSED with your two employees in how they interacted with us & the quality of work that they performed. THEY REPRESENTED YOUR COMPANY QUITE WELL & I WOULD NOT HESITATE IN RECOMMENDING YOUR PRODUCT & SERVICES TO ANYONE.
