A Very Big Picture Window

Our review with Matt Kolokouris was very informative. he walks us through what we should expect to happen when we get the window. showed us what the window would look like and ask if we have any questions. Matt really works with us to understand what we needed to know. I say that because my husband had a stroke, so he did make everything very clear. Thank you Matt.

Just wanted to say a few things about my experience with HTC. From the initial consultation with mike to the installation the communication has been awesome. The installation today with Tim and Kaleb was done very professionally. I will definitely refer your company to any friends. Great customer service is hard to come by these days but your company has nailed it. You have a great team with Tim and Kaleb. Thanks to everyone from the office also.😁

Great Job!!! Ryan was my salesman great guy to work with. Jimmy installed my Shower Bless his heart he was shorthanded one man, but he did a Great Job!!! Pat also did his part Great Job!!! And to all the Ladies that I talked to at the office Hannah, Diane and Kim Thank Y'all so much. Just wonderful people at Hometown Contractors. I recommend Hometown Contractors 100% for any work that you need done at your home.!!!

The guys arrived by 8:00 ready to go to work! They were polite and considerate of my property! They cleaned up everything from the removal of the old windows. I was very impressed with their work ethic. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone!

I had 2 guys come out to replace patio door, replace windows, re-screen, and fill in places that had vinyl but they were rotting. They were extremely pleasant, asked if they could help move stuff and ended up moving everything in the way. They did a lot of caulking and it was the best I have ever seen. The boss, Jay, came out later and did a few small, but big to me, things not in his contract. All 3, Jay, Derek, and Mark treated me and my dog with respect and friendliest manner. Would refer to anyone. Thanks again to all.

First of all, I am not one that usually writes reviews, but there is absolutely nothing negative that I can state about Hometown Contractors! I was impressed by all of the staff I dealt with from the salesperson right down to the final inspector. I had a walk-in shower installed, it is beautiful! and I am overjoyed. So kudo's to all of you that I interacted with and keep on doing what you are doing in custom service because you are a "rare breed" and should be very proud of yourselves! Thank you for making me happy!"
