Pleasant. The tradesmen were professional and it showed in their work. Their attention to detail was top notch. I highly recommend them if you’re in the maroon for an awning.

Pace, FL office: We had French Doors installed a couple of months ago and the lock seemed stiff. One call to the office and Service Tech, JACK, was here. Wow. Great customer service! Friendly, knew what he was doing and fixed the lock immediately. He even took the initiative to check all the weather stripping. Purchasing our doors and installation was so easy and a great experience but calls for actual service tell you who a company really is these days. Kudos to HTC for having Jack and others that make this company excellent.

I contacted Hometown Contractors to remove and apply new caulk to my walk in shower that was installed in 2014. Jack, service tech, showed up on time and made my shower look so much better! Would highly recommend. Thank you, Jack.. Was a pleasure to meet you. Sent

It was the pace location Hometown Contractors Inc. Ramon Hallman did a front door installation to my house. He replaced old door and frame. Frame was rotted. He did a wonderful job and it didn't take him long. He was professional and careful.

Great Shower / Great Service / Great Company!!!

HTC replaced our shower in our new home. We moved into our newly built home in Foley Alabama one year ago. The house was wonderful EXCEPT for the very small shower Kit that was installed by the builder. We tried to get the builder to work with us after we moved in to replace the small shower that was used in the Master Bathroom, with no success. After our 1Year Warranty date passed in October, called in HTC to see if they would help us out. That turned out to be the best call we could have made. We were visited by Ryan that explained everything concerning the material and processes that would be needed and answered every question we had. Everyone else that we encountered during the entire project was extremely Professional, courteous and knowledgeable about everything we needed. I was totally amazed at our installation Specialist. Lane, our Installer, was by far one of the best Craftsmen that I have had the pleasure of meeting. His work was absolutely amazing and the fit and finish of the entire project is the best I have seen. My wife and I highly recommend HTC because of final product design and installation, but their customer service goes above and beyond any other contractor we have used before. This is a privately owned company that Cares about their Customers. Bill & Jan Wood

Our experience with Hometown Contractors was the most enjoyable home improvement project my wife and I have ever experienced. Every HTC employee we worked with was pleasure to meet and provided us knowledgeable and professional information through every step of the process. We were especially impressed with Ryan, our sales representative, in that he was knowledgeable of every detail of the materials and processes needed for our new shower. But I was totally amazed by Lane, our installation professional. I happen to be a person who appreciates quality workmanship and attention to detail. Lane is by far the best craftsman that I have had the pleasure to meet in a very long time. His knowledge and expertise along with the very pleasant and respectful personality was an extreme pleasure to work with. My wife and I wholeheartedly recommend HTC as our “Go To” contractor for any future projects.

He inspired confidence in the company, product and installation. So far everything he said would happen, has happened with extreme timeleness. I look forward to the process of teh project.
