We need 2 replacement windows. Chad Baxter was very thorough, explaining everything about the new windows. We were very impressed with the product and the way he answered all of our questions. We have used Hometown for three other projects with Chad being the one to explain everything that would be done on the project.

We have updating our home over the past two years to include improved roofing hardware and framing, upgraded electrical from 100 amp service to 200 amp service and replacement of all old wiring. Going from single pane windows to double hung high impact windows was always our goal. Hometown Contractors made it super easy. They quoted us a price, ordered our windows, then did a fantastic job during installation that included clean up, taking the old windows with them and even showing us all the features. We're now ready for inspection and closer to getting our home insured. Thank you Hometown Contractors for making the window purchase and installation so easy. In two years we've never had a contractor that was this professional and thorough. We will be using Hometown Contractors again for other projects.

Installer showed up early and worked approximately 11 hours. Came back the next day for just 1-1/2 hour.

Charles was a professional that knew what to do to guide his crew to remove a huge garden tub and culture marble shower. Then they created a new walk-in shower where the tub had been. Next they created a closet where the shower had been. We love the results! We highly recommend the company to do their business!
