We met with Rickey Head to review pricing on different window options. He clearly explained pricing and options to us. He also had samples, to look at possibilities. No pressure a very informative.

When I inquired about windows HTC was quick to respond. We set a date and they arrived on time. The salesman whose name is Jeffery, was a very nice and friendly person,. He was very knowledgeable and understood what I was looking for. The demonstration with the windows was astounding. He was very helpful for what I needed. I can’t wait to see the finished product, best decision I have made in a long time.
