We had windows and doors installed by Tim and Caleb. They worked very well together. They were professional, knowledgeable, clean, quick and personable. I wanted things done a certain way and they obliged. I have had electricians, plumbers, pool contractors, roofers, solar company and concrete work done before hometown contractors. All these other contractors left me with problems. When you hire a professional you don't expect to have to babysit and then fix their mistakes. What a relief to finally find a company but more importantly employees that know their job and actually do their job without leaving me with problems to fix. I have a background in construction but, some jobs are just too big for one person. After talking with Tim I felt very at ease knowing he knew his job and just as important he knew the products he was installing. I also enjoyed watching him teach his helper Caleb not just point and shout like other contractors had done. It was obvious Caleb was absorbing Tim's knowledge as he was able to do many tasks without being watched over. In a time where young kids don't seem to want to work these two impressed me. Thank you Tim and Caleb and thank you hometown contractors.

Mike Riley was the consummate professional. He took a significant amount of time to explain the condition of our current windows and then the advantages of new windows. His thoroughness is greatly appreciated. And he and his supervisor worked with us to make it affordable for us.

Shower consultation

Our salesperson came to our home. Explained all about the company ,looked at the shower we wanted to redo, helped us make decisions on what we liked and what would be needed. But not once pressured us.we already had 2 other quotes from others. After talking to our salesman Rickey,and we talked it over with each other we felt the right decision would be to go with Hometown Contractors. We have talked for the last 2 hours since he left and firmly believe we have made the right decision we will be happy with. Hometown you have a great guy working for you. Sincerely John & Kathy Cox

Hometown Contractors did everything that was laid out for us the evening we signed our contract and in a very timely manner. Everyone has been personable and knowledgeable and we are extremely satisfied with the end result.

Bathroom tub to shower conversion

We recently had an urgent medical need for a tub to shower conversion at our home. We contacted Hometown Contractors and explained our situation and requirements. They listened and within a couple days had a planner/estimater out to measure, go over products and provide a cost estimate. They even gave a considerable discount to get both baths redone. Other businesses I contacted either didn’t listen to what I was telling them and insisted on both homeowners being present which wasn’t possible or never bothered to make contact with us. Hometown received materials and completed conversions on both bathrooms in short order. The actual conversions were only 2 days start to finish and the results were fantastic.

Arinton was our project manager. He went over projects and pricing with great detail.He remained available to answer questions and text us regularly. He responded quickly to anything we text him about. He works hard to earn your business and trust. The crew was very skilled, respectful and cleaned up after job as if they were never here.The job was done in less than 2 days and they worked all day to complete it. No breaks and bouncing from job to job only working a few hours a day. We plan on using Hometown for several future projects!

A job very well done!!!! Nick and Chazz were very professional in the completion of our window installation. They arrived promptly on both days (this was a 2 day job). There was no mess or debris left behind on either day. I will definitely use Hometown Contractors Inc. again and will also highly recommend them to others needing work done in their homes. Above all the procedure from start to finish was very stress free and professional.
