Getting "Storm Proof"

Hometown did our impact windows last year. Great quality and professionally installed. Got the same quality and great experience when they replaced our double door entrance also with impact windows. It's hard to describe all of the benefits of these windows and doors. Energy efficient, sound proofing, insulated, good looking and storm proof! What a difference from our old single panes. Hometown will be doing more projects for us for sure!

The full team has been wonderful to work with. My free quote for impact windows ensured I understood their product & its benefits. Their product greatly aligned with my needs for optimal window space without massive framing. The installation team was very respectful with acknowledging my interior space when performing the installations. They cleaned up It needs debris, breathe and insured that the windows and the areas around their work were left clean, functional and aesthetically pleasing. Their follow-up after a week or two was unexpected and quite reassuring... It was greatly appreciated. Later that year I was hit by a tornado which cracked one window... They were quick to respond with a warranty replacement and installation, and even replaced all my window screening. So very grateful. I highly recommend the team at HTC in Panama City!

We had our shower replaced and it looks AWESOME! The product is quality and just as described and the installer, Nikolay Tyukaye was fantastic! He was neat and professional and explained things along the way - a true craftsman!!!

This was our third contract with Hometown. Impressed at the knowledge and craftmanship of their iwindows and door installers at each of our contracts, but they seem to be getting better. Our installer this time, Tim from the Pensacola office was incredible. Smart, knowledgeable, eager to please. He worked in a team with his son who was young but also very good. Careful, detailed,always thinking ahead. They installed 35 windows and doors for us in less than five days. Big 8 ft doors and windows everywhere. My wife was so pleased with all the little extras they did for us that were not in the contract. We enjoyed working with Brandon from sales on all our three contracts. He is very knowledgeable and helpful. I am used to contractors that claim they can do everything but don't do anything too well. The Hometown team only does a handful of things but they do them exceptionally well. We plan on using them for our last window that we will need to replace and also plan to talk to them about bathroom remodeling . We installed Viwinco windows that I had never heard of and Proview doors. I spent a lot of time reading literature that Brandon gave us and searching online. I did not make an offer until I was convinced that they were what I needed to get to protect my home. Expensive yes, but I compared prices and Hometown prices were the best. Thanks Hometown!

From the initial presentation by Mario to the installation by Tim & Kaleb, everything was done with the highest standards. ✔️ Mario answered every question and explained every step. He was personable and a delight to meet. He also did not rush (which, as a 77 year-old, I really appreciated.) It's always important for a customer to know what they are getting and he clarified everything from the cost/value to the time-line. When he left, I had no second thoughts. He was knowledgeable and professional. I got 3 estimates and had 3 presentations and Mario's was more factual and less "sales-pitch"..... I felt secure enough in his answers to make the $$$ investment that day. The contact with the office was with Elizabeth. She provided timely information and was delightful to speak with on the phone .📲 She let me know that I could call with questions at any time.......which I did after being told that the windows 🪟 had arrived and that Wes would call. I didn't receive a call, so I called Elizabeth and was told that Wes was out of the office a d would call the next day. He did not call, so I cled Elizabeth and she gave me the installation dates then. Wes was the only lapse in the support since the installation was done SO WELL by Tim (Kelly) and Kaleb (Ball) I was SO pleased with their job! They arrived on time & were so understanding about the fact that I am also in the middle of a ceiling repair. They were careful, efficient & even finished early...GRE
