We had a great experience with Matt K who came out to give us an estimate for window upgrades. He was extremely knowledgeable about the company, their products, warranties, all of it. He took time to answer all of our questions, with no high pressure sales. He showed us samples of the quality of the Viwinco windows and explained all of their features and the fantastic warranty. We love the opportunity to support a locally owned business offering quality services and products!

HTC was the best! Everything was done when they said it would be and project was finished as expected. I really like that they kept in touch with updates. Loved that they had an inspector come and fully inspector the job, found one window that needed a slight adjustment. I would definitely use HTC again!

Our shower replacement project could not have gone more smoothly. Hometown was very professional and spot on from the estimate, timing, install, and checking in/inspecting all along the way. Our installers were Bradley and Earnie. They took care to respect our home and keep it clean, and they did a top-notch job. We could not be happier with this project and will use Hometown again in the future.
