This was my first experience with HTC & so far, I am a completely satisfied customer. I had new windows & doors installed, and HTC sent me the A-team, Paul & Zach 😁. Their professionalism & workmanship is TOP-notch. They were no-nonsense when it came to getting the job done right, yet they were very patient & informative when I had any questions or concerns. I feel the installation was done with great attention to detail & I truly appreciate that. I highly recommend Paul & Zach as your windows & doors installers. Thank you Paul & thank you Zach……….

Great product and installation

We worked with Brian Teague to select a ProVia hurricane rated front entry door with side light. Brian came recommended to us by a friend who had HTC install a front door for him. He was very knowledgeable, patient, and made the sales call a pleasure. HTC has been excellent in communicating the project every step of the way. Today, Bobby Jones and his assistant came to install the door and did a fantastic job. I am a picky customer and I am very happy. We knew we wanted a ProVia Door and got two quotes for it. HTC was considerably less than the other quote for the exact same door! We have other projects coming up and plan to use HTC again.

Jeff Martin came to introduce the company and products available. He also showed examples of the windows and screens, as well as the better features provided. We were very impressed with his professionalism and appreciate the time he took to make us feel like a valued customer. We look forward to working with Hometown Contractors again in the future.

Outstanding! Both Paul and Zach were courteous, professional, and very knowledgeable on installing the windows. This was supposed to be a two day job. The installed nine windows in one day. They did not sacrifice quality over expeditious. They made sure all the windows were installed correctly, sealed, and cleaned. They also vacuumed their work area. Overall, I give them a A+++. They were fantastic!!!!

They did their work and kept it clean. The windows look great. Clayton and Ramon were very personable and very skilled. They showed ( well, confirmed to)me the flaws in the office brick work. I kind of thought something was off when the other windows were difficult to open. Operation of the windows is good.There us an awesome difference in the radiant heat in these windows.

Hometown Contractors, Inc. installed our impact windows today and I have to say I’m very satisfied with the job. This was our second project with them, having had a sunroom built a year ago. I really appreciate how they treated me as a customer, ensuring there were clear communication regarding the project from start to finish. They use top notch materials installed by knowledgeable, professional work crew. Kudos to our installers, Paul and Zach, who worked tirelessly to complete a two-day job in one day. They did great work, made sure to clean up the work areas, and the windows look awesome! I’d recommend HTC to friends, knowing that quality materials, great workmanship and warranty are worth their weight in gold.
