I am just at the beginning of the process of having my Hurricane windows installed. First, Matt met with me to measure and give me an estimate. He was prompt professional, knowledgeable, and patient with me as I struggled to make a decision. Then today Tyler came out to take the final measurements, and again, I was impressed with the professionalism. Just like Matt, he was prompt, professional, knowledgeable, and patient. I felt both of these men valued me as a consumer. From other reviews I have read, I am confident that these traits are the common thread that runs through the company. I will post again after my windows are installed around the end of May.

We had an issue with our walk-in shower door. Pat and Greg figure out how best to solve this. In addition, they found an unknown problem and quickly found a solution for this as well. The guys even had time to answer 4 grand boys questions.
