Meeting with the Sales Rep

My Husband and I had the pleasure meeting with Hometown's Sales Rep, Mike Riley, about replacing our front door today. Not only did Mike give us an overview of the Company, but he took his time listening to what we were looking for. He walked us through the process and answered all our questions. When we weren't familiar with something, he took the time to explain it to us. Mike's presentation was top notch and we are looking forward to having Hometown Contractor's install our front door.

Excellent work done by Kyle and Jacob.They both worked together to ensure that the job got done despite rain for 3 days,having to wait 3hrs for a inspector to come by.They were persistent and persavered to complete the job.My wife and I are extremely satisfied with the quality of the work and workers and the product.Thanks so much. Stephen answered our call on a weekend and came out to give us a price estimate 4 days later. He was friendly and knowledgeable. We are not fans of “the pressured sell” and were pleasantly surprised that it was not like that at all.

Jeff is our sales person. He has been fantastic in answering numerous questions and phone calls. He shows patience with every phone call. He goes above and beyond his job. Can’t wait until we get our new walk in shower. It’s nice all the design options they give you. The at the end you get to see a mock up on the iPad to see what your design choices look like.
