After facing challenges in finding reliable workers to repair our patio, which was installed by the previous owner and was leaking, we were relieved to find a trustworthy company. Mr. Chad Baxter demonstrated professionalism, patience, and efficiency throughout the project, and his extensive knowledge was impressive. The way he described the professionalism and the behind the scenes family oriented business is nothing more than top notch. We had the pleasure of working with Mr Derek and Thor to do our Construction. I have two younger children and the care that they took on our back patio for them was over the top. For example we have a Sandbox out back that they like to play in but our paint tested for lead. They set up for work while I wasn't home and even while I wasn't home they took extra precaution to double layer their sandbox with plastic that way there is no contamination. At the end of every day you wouldn't even know that they were there other than the supplies that were there for the next day. Extremely professional

Met with Hometown Contractors salesman Steve Richmond today. He was very prompt and courteous. He gave a wonderful presentation about the products available and was very knowledgeable. Sat down with me and we discussed options. I never felt pressured into something that I really didn't want. Made the whole process very "painless". The company was able to work with me on price. HIGHLY RECOMMEND HOMETOWN CONTRACTORS and Steve Richmond. Can't wait to see my home with the new windows and French Door I selected.
