First choice for my next project

I have used several contractors for projects and have found the one to stick with. Hometown Contractors did a tub conversion. Everything was installed on time. Everyone we worked with from sales, contract manager, installers and even subcontractors were neat and professional. All construction debris was removed promptly. Follow up for a minor issue was prompt and courteous.

You get what you pay for

I see neighbors hire inexperienced, uncredentialed works for all of their home improvement projects and more often than not, they are disappointed with the shotty results. I'm a firm believer that you get what you pay for. Hometown Contractors may not be the cheapest option, but they are the best choice. They always delivery high quality workmanship and the finished project is nothing short of outstanding. I've hired them for two projects now and I wouldn't go with anyone else. They are very thorough. They have checks and balances in place to make sure that the job is done right. I highly recommend them for your home improvement needs!

Hometown did three bathrooms for me and they did a great job on all three. They also did a great job cleaning up behind themselves and the cost was about what I expected.

We are so pleased with the shower installation. The professionalism of all involved was top notch. The materials and labor was fantastic. The work was completed as scheduled and the clean up left no dust or dirt anywhere. We will definitely recommend HTC to others.

Everyone from salesmen to installers were professional, well-informed, and pleasant to deal with. Installers communicated with me to accommodate my needs in the best manner possible. They left my home as neat and orderly as they had found it. The outcome is a beautiful new shower which not only meets my needs but is aesthetically pleasing as well. Best Home Project Experience Ever

We had our windows replaced with impact windows to include a customized bay window. The sales presentation was thorough, and all our questions were completely answered, and the answers were honest. Everything I was promised in the sales presentation came to life exactly as described. No surprises! I was notified telephonically in advance when someone was coming and if a change was required, I was consulted and assured this was only a hiccup. Clint came down to measure and answered more questions that we thought up. Again, no surprises. Jeremiah & James came and built a foundation for our bay window. They were pleasant, courteous, and hard working. Mike and Nick spent two days installing windows. They were thoroughly professional, hard-working and efficient. They were also friendly and courteous, and we enjoyed having them in the house. Phil dropped by to do the contractor’s QC. We had an enjoyable conversation and he was very interested in what we had to say about the work that was done. Tracey was involved throughout the project. She gave us a general concept of the work schedule followed by a detailed schedule when the windows arrived at their place. She was readily available when we called and very receptive to our requests and concerns. She frequently contacted us and kept us abreast of developments. We appreciated the letter she sent stating that we were now part of the HTC family. We appreciated even more the efforts of everyone making us feel like we were part of the f
