Outstanding experience with PROFESSIONAL workers from initial sales rep to final quality assurance inspection. Excellent communications throughout the project. Quality workmanship and product. I am well informed and experienced in all these areas. These traits are becoming far to difficult to find in any contractor.

Everyone I spoke and dealt with were very professional and helpful. Their customer service cannot be beat. They go the extra mile to please. My tub to walk-in shower came out beautiful. Everything went smoothly and it was finished in 6 hours! Thank you Hometown Contractors. ??

I had windows and gutters replaced. Started out with Greg (Salesman) and with all the previous estimates I received I think he gave me the best deal. He did not pressure me and followed up with me. Most salesman sell you a job and you never hear from them again. Not Greg. He’s there until the job is completed and you’re satisfied. Next came Mike and Nate (installers). They ran across some bad wallboard where a window had leaked and rotted the wood. The guys knew exactly how to fix it. We had a real bad ran and Greg took the time to call me to make sure every thing was working like it should. I think he went beyond what he had to do. As soon as I save some more money I will get some more windows done and I hope to have the same team.

We had a full window replacement and Fabric Shield Install by Hometown Contractors. The final product is wonderful. I met them at the Emerald Coast Home Show, and from that conversation Craig Strickland came out and gave me an estimate on window replacement and hurricane fabric shields. The cost was fair and the turn around was quick. The installers were very nice and professional and answered any and all questions. My husband and I love our new windows and fabric shields. I highly recommend working with HTC.

Perfect! The project went as planned. The work was done with very high skill and quality. Everything is solid. Professional workers were timely, kept me informed along the way, answered questions with friendly tone, and kept the mess to a minimum. Shower looks awesome.

Where to start, how about 5 stars for a company that really cares about its customers. From my initial meeting to discuss the project until the last detail,I have been so impressed with the professional of everyone involved. I was informed every step of the way of what to expect, time lines, and consideration of my schedule. The workmanship was exceptional. On a more personal level, thanks to everyone for your respect and compassion. I love my new hurricane windows, door, and shutter. This company ROCKS

Patrick and I want to say thank you for a job well done. Thirteen (13) windows were replaced with high impact windows. Peace of mind. Your men came in and did the job in a 1 1/2 days. When they left, it looked like they were never there - no mess to clean up. Neat and professional. Cannot get any better than that and oh, did I mention, AN EXCELLENT PRODUCT TOO...!!
