Amazing team

Our walk-in tub was installed in one day although I did not believe it could be done in that short period. The two men that did the work were amazing! They worked quickly, cleanly and did wonderful quality work. In this day and age of poor contractors, I was amazed! I HIGHLY recommend this company!

Beautiful Windows

My house is 54 years old and had single pane aluminum windows. They were terrible for heating and cooling and also for noise. What a difference the new windows make! My house looks beautiful, is so much quieter and hopefully will make a difference on the power bills. Hometown contractors were very professional and friendly and left the job spotless! I would definitely recommend them for any of your renovation needs!

Hometown Contractors installed impact resistant windows in our entire house. We chose them after an extremely thorough sales presentation about every aspect of product quality and installation process. The sales force presentation was totally validated by the product quality and experienced and professional installation crew. An overall great experience with a quality company.

New hurricane impact windows

My experience with Hometown Contractors was smooth and positive from estimate through installation. I had a friend tell me that I would need to patch nicks and repaint after the installation. Not so! The windows were installed without any damage and everything was cleaned up flawlessly. I love my new windows and plan to call on Hometown Contractors for future projects.

Shower isclosure

Just purchased the condo and needed to replace the shower isclosure, it was rented the following week, we were worried about the mess. HTC came in and did such a wonderful job with such a little mess we had no clean up to do their guys did that for us and the shower looks beautiful. Would defiantly use them again and again......

Garage Storage Solution

The experience from cradle to grave was excellent. I have a very small single car garage and it was important to maximize every square inch. A project designer came to my home, listened to my needs and prepared an excellent plan within my budget. The plan included a phased approach so I could add more when time and money permitted. In fact, I am getting ready to hire them again to do a few more things in my garage! I was very impressed with the installers and a representative even came out to my place post installation to QC (quality control) the workmanship. I appreciate this business practice.

Best Home Project Experience Ever

The sales presentation was thorough, and all my questions were completely answered, and the answers were honest. Everything I was promised in the sales presentation came to life exactly as described. No surprises! I was notified telephonically in advance when someone was coming and if a change was required, I was consulted and assured this was only a hiccup. Clint came down to measure and answered more questions that we thought up. Again, no surprises. Jeremiah & James came and built a foundation for our bay window. They were pleasant, courteous, and hard working. Mike and Nick spent two days installing windows. They were thoroughly professional, hard-working and efficient. They were also friendly and courteous, and we enjoyed having them in the house. Phil dropped by to do the contractor’s QC. We had an enjoyable conversation and he was very interested in what we had to say about the work that was done. Tracey was involved throughout the project. She gave us a general concept of the work schedule followed by a detailed schedule when the windows arrived at their place. She was readily available when we called and very receptive to our requests and concerns. She frequently contacted us and kept us abreast of developments. We appreciated the letter she sent stating that we were now part of the HTC family. We appreciated even more the efforts of everyone making us feel like we were part of the family.

We had a screened porch installed by Hometown Contractors. Everyone was very professional and courteous. They did a great job and we could not be any happier. Highly recommend them

Sunroom

We had obtained prior estimates from other contractors previously but because of price, design or lack of interest by the contractor we had not proceeded with the work until we contacted Hometown. They took the project seriously from the beginning and offered an innovative design concept that was later modified to make it blend into the design of the home. The sunroom stays fairly cool due primarily to the white aluminum insulated roof that was used for the project. The roof design does not require a post or a traditional supporting structure that was required in prior designs proposed by other contractors. The design is a flat tapered roof for water runoff with a large gutter assembly. It is convenient for maintenance because it is easy to access and walk on. Two overhead fans were installed in the roof and we leave the two doors open most of the time that connect the living room to the sunroom. The room was designed with a significant roof overhang along the south side so that there is little direct sunlight in the summer but a lot of direct sunlight in the winter. The room is very comfortable for groups up to eight people for both socializing and dining. The windows are UV stabilized vinyl with screens that slide in a tract. Home Town Contractors did an excellent job and we have had no problems with any aspect of the design since it was completed. This is the first significant home improvement job that exceeded my expectations from start to finish.

We bought an older house with single lane wood windows. We contacted HTC and had the pleasure of a visit from Craig Stefanik. He immediately understood our needs and did a great job of explaining our options. At no time did we feel like Craig was just trying to make a sale. He was genuinely interested in providing a solution to replace the old windows. We replaced 33 windows and Craig made us comfortable with both the scope and cost of the project. We will definitely be contacting Craig when it is time to replace the Windows upstairs.
