HTC Best Ever!

HTC added screens to our Lànai. When they came to sell me on the company they were not high pressure. They explained how the project would be completed. It was carried out to the letter. They sent two different individuals to evaluate the project. They each made suggestions that were fixed by the company. I would recommend this company to anyone wanting a project done right and in a timely manner. I would use them again for anything they offer that I might need.

BATHROOM UPGRADE

Outstanding work, removing 20 yr old bath/shower combo tub and Replacing with walk in Shower area with glass doors. The measurement team was perfect and validated by a second team member. The Installer was extremely competent and cognizant of what I had envisioned. I highly recommend Bath Planet in Pace, FL for your home upgrade projects You will not be disappointed.

Hometown Contractors were outstanding to work with. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing to get their bathroom updated. This team was courteous, professional and very knowledgeable in their jobs. All of our questions were answered quickly. HTC even responded quickly and efficiently when we requested a change to our initial quote. I cannot say enough how great this whole process was from start to finish. I would recommend these guys to everyone. HTC is the best contractors we have worked with.

Claw Foot Tub to Walk-in Shower

In buying our retirement home, we felt that although the clawfoot tub was really nice to look at, it wasn't very practical for those of us "of a certain age" so we decided to have a walk-in shower replacement. HomeTown seemed to be a good choice based on friends recommendation and what we researched in the area. The experience of pre-estimate, actual install and follow-up was perfect. We couldn't be happier with our shower and our visiting guests have also agreed it was a great choice. Thanks again for your quick and efficient job well done.

Tub to Shower Install

After moving into our retirement home, we decided to have a shower installed in place of the tub/shower combo. We preferred an acrylic surround instead of tile with grout, and found Hometown Contractors to have the quality and warranty we were looking for. On install day, the installers were prompt, courteous and efficient in their job at hand. The project was completed in just over half a day and was beautiful. The following day, another inspection was made to be sure the job was to our expectations as well as the Company’s standards. We have thoroughly enjoyed the new shower and are happy we chose Hometown Contractors.

Bathtub Swap out

I had a large two person jetted tub that HTC removed and replaced with a one person walk in tub. Project was completed within specified time. Everything was as promised. The only thing that would have made it better was for HTC to have been able to complete the tile work that was needed with a smaller tub print. I had the option of first mud or tile board. I chose tile board since I decided to put tile on the wall. I knew upfront that I would be responsible for the tile completion once the tub was in, it just would have been better for me had I not had to find someone to finish the job.

Our Master Bath shower was 18 years old and in need of update. Home Town Contractors provided a good estimate and stuck to their schedule throughout the process. They kept me informed at every step of the process. They were meticulous in removing the old shower and installing the new Bath Planet setup. I was thrilled with the result.

Front Porch Rescue

Our front porch was beginning to look pretty bad. The railings were wood and original to the house - 26 years old. Some of the spindles had begun to come loose from the bottom rail. HTC replaced the railings with aluminum ones and replaced our round posts with new, square ones. It looks beautiful and we are very happy with the work.

I would rate the workers and my covered patio a perfect 10. The workers were punctual, polite, and excellent in the work assigned to them And I love my patio. I sit out there every chance I get because I love nature and am able to enjoy God's beautiful world in a beautiful, cool and comfortable setting. I love it!!
