Very pleased with this window replacement project. We bought the double hung and slider impact windows and noticed an immediate noise reduction upon completion of the installation. From the in home presentation by Craig Stefanik, who answered all our questions, To the final installation we experienced nothing but a professionalism. The installers, Nathan and Justin, were not only pleasant to have in our home, they knew what they were doing. And thanks toTracy for keeping everything on track. Would and will recommend Hometown Contractors. Thanks for a job well done.

We are completely satisfied with the work we had done on our home, hurricane impact windows, siding/soffit and seamless gutters All the what I call craftsman did a fantastic job from start to finish, including clean up. All the workers had over 2 decades of experience. Mike, the guy that did the windows, very knowledgeable, cared about his work and any concerns you as a customer may have. I would use Hometown Contractors again

Wish I could give them 6 stars. They were very helpful and professional from the initial meeting with the estimator to the final cleanup.by the work crew. They built my 20 x 25 screened patio as if it was their own. I would recommend them to anyone!! A pleasure to work with.

We decided to replace our existing windows with hurricane resistant impact windows. After researching local home improvement companies we chose Hometown contractors. We scheduled an appointment with Craig Stefanik! Craig was informative, thorough and very professional in every way! He made sure that every aspect of our needs were addressed he listened to our expectations and made sure that all our expectations were met in a realistic and affordable way, we felt totally confident that Craig and hometown contractors would exceede our expectations and we were not disappointed! From the initial meeting with Craig and the ordering process to installation and inspection we received excellent customer service at every level! The installers were amazing and very professional in every way, I cannot emphasize enough the levels of service we received and continue to receive! Our window project complete we have just ordered a new entrance door and back door and have no doubt that we will be completely satisfied. From start to finish this company is number one in our books! Hometown contractors are highly recommended by us and would be our go too company for any further home improvement projects!

Outstanding experience with PROFESSIONAL workers from initial sales rep to final quality assurance inspection. Excellent communications throughout the project. Quality workmanship and product. I am well informed and experienced in all these areas. These traits are becoming far to difficult to find in any contractor.

I had windows and gutters replaced. Started out with Greg (Salesman) and with all the previous estimates I received I think he gave me the best deal. He did not pressure me and followed up with me. Most salesman sell you a job and you never hear from them again. Not Greg. He’s there until the job is completed and you’re satisfied. Next came Mike and Nate (installers). They ran across some bad wallboard where a window had leaked and rotted the wood. The guys knew exactly how to fix it. We had a real bad ran and Greg took the time to call me to make sure every thing was working like it should. I think he went beyond what he had to do. As soon as I save some more money I will get some more windows done and I hope to have the same team.
