I sent Hometown a email for a quote to screen my back porch. A gentleman from the company came to my home, even called when he was going to be a little late. He was very thorough in what the company could offer and I agreed to how my porch The installers called and informed they would have to come a bit later than scheduled due to a rain storm. They came a few hours later set up and installed the porch just as I expected. these gentlemen were true experts at what they do. They installed the structure did an outstanding job, cleaned the porched after they completed the install. I was very please. The company sent a gentleman two days later to inspect the work and assured me of the warranty and gave documentation of the job completion. very professional. I would definitely recommend this company for any work you need done to your home. Their professionalism and attention to detail is phenomenal. Let me thank them for a job well done. Thank you

Everyone we have dealt with has been wonderful from the Rickey Head to Mike (scheduler) to Mike and Brandon who did our install. Mike and Brandon went above and beyond to take care of us and did an excellent job. They friendly and courteous and make us feel very comfortable being in our home. We can’t say enough good things about them! Just A++ reviews all around!

Craig, our salesman, was the most informative, knowledgeable, and willing to go the extra mile through willingness to provide the product I wanted even if it wasn't the brand normally sold by HTC. He checked back with me every couple weeks to keep me updated on the progress from the day of our contract until after the final inspection. Mike, the project manager, also kept in touch with me to keep me informed and answer questions throughout the process. Tim and Tim, the installers for my windows, were meticulous from ensuring nothing in my house was touched other than the windows and casements. They were courteous, communicative, and detailed in their workmanship. We will definitely use HTC again for future projects. Best home improvement team for us out of 12 teams we have used for other projects over the past 10 years.

They did a great job removing/replacing our shower. The surrounding bathroom was protected from debris and they cleaned up when finished. Job was completed as contracted and on time. Thanks

The men who came to install our walk-in shower were very professional. they removed our old tub and installed the new shower in about 8 hours. My wife and I are VERY happy with our new shower. Great job.

Mike and Terry did an awesome job. They were curtious, friendly, and very professional. They worked quickly and managed the keep their work area very clean. We had rain and 65 mph winds tests their work a few short hours after they finished

Long story short, Hometown Contractors is absolutely praise worthy and 100% deserves the following POSITIVE review. We sustained heavy damage to our home in the Panhandle of Florida from Hurricane Michael. We hired a restoration/rebuild contractor to do the rebuild. Replacing the windows was not part of the original plans to be completed by our contractor. After further assessment, it became a necessity to sell the home which was our ultimate goal. Being at the end of the rebuild and discovering we had to have new windows, we were in scramble mode to find someone that could install a quality product in a short turn-around time. We reached out to HTC and it was the absolute best decision! Within days, they had someone out to take the required measurements and in just a few weeks, the job was finished! Our installation team sent pictures as the job was being completed to show their progress! Communication with the home office was outstanding. We were kept well informed at each stage of the project from start to finish. We have had many issues throughout the rebuild with our general contractor, but not with HTC!! We know these new windows will be a HUGE selling point for us!! Overall, dealing with them was an INCREDIBLE experience and we can’t thank them enough!!

I heard nothing but great things about Hometown Contractors prior to hiring them to oversee my Garage Pergola and Siding Project. From the initial contact to setup my project all the way through to completion, the HTC team was very professional and detail oriented throughout the entire process. My installers, Danny Lazzarett and Gator Richett arrived timely and worked like a well oiled machine until my project was completed on time. They provided me with exactly what I envisioned. When my wife came out to see their completed work, she was so happy, that she literally was brought to tears in amazement.
