I want to extend a special acknowledgment to Mr. Mercado, our advisor, for your integrity and professionalism throughout the process. Additionally, I cannot praise Clayton Garner and Ramon Hallman enough for your unparalleled expertise, professionalism, and dedication to excellence. The quality of craftsmanship you provided is genuinely remarkable. Your meticulous attention to detail and commitment to completing the project on time far surpassed my expectations. Shower rebuild

Jason and Thomas rebuilt our shower which had a step up to get in. We needed a roll-in shower and two other companies said they could get the lip/edge down to about 1.5" but that was it! When I called HTC and spoke with Tanner, he knew EXACTLY what we needed. Jason and Thomas came out yesterday and finished up today. It is perfect. The price was reasonable and work was professional. Jason and Thomas were also pleasant, friendly, and knowledgeable. I will def consider HTC for other home projects we have.

Jason and Thomas removed and rebuilt our shower. I needed a roll-in shower and HTC knew exactly what I needed! Two other companies I contacted said they could get the lip/edge down to about an inch but that was all. I contacted HTC, they came out, knew what I wanted and did it! The price was comparable to other places but, I felt HTC really understood.

Every interaction I had with Hometown Contractor personnel - from initial contact with Ryan to final inspection with Mike, Vernon, and Charlie was professional and friendly. All my initial questions were answered, and the office staff kept me fully up to date on the progress of my job. The installers were friendly, quick, neat, and very flexible from start to finish. I couldn’t be more satisfied with my experience.

We have had a very smooth and exceptional experience with Hometown Contractors. The whole team has really been very professional and friendly. The initial meeting with Tyler is what really sold us. His demeanor and professionalism, along with his knowledge of products really helped us decide to go with Hometown. Alexis also has been great at keeping us updated on everything. The install team has also really done a great job. Danny, Jason, and Nick are hard workers and explain everything to me in a friendly way that really shows their customer service focus. Thanks for everything you all do. Great work and great product. Our two patio covers and pergola look amazing. I will follow up once the whole project is done, but so far, it’s been a great experience.
