The whole experience with Hometown Contractors was excellent. I called the business for a quote on installation of screens for my new patio and they had a guy out that afternoon. Glen came, measured the job, explained options for the enclosure and got to the bottom line on the job in less than an hour. Straight forward and precise, just the way I like to do business. My job was a covered patio, needing three sides enclosed plus a door. Because of the size and simplicity he said the job would most likely be done in two to three weeks, when others were quoting five months or not taking new customers at all. Much to my surprise, the installers called me a week later and asked if they could do the job the following day. Delighted, I said yes. Two guys showed up the next morning at nine, asked if they could bring their equipment around to the back and began work. They worked through the heat and the rain completing the job about 3:30. Their work was excellent and I am the proud owner of a beautiful new screened in patio. I highly recommend the Hometown Contractors team to anyone needing their services.

The installers were kind, professional, and made sure to go out of their way to ensure we were satisfied. They kept us informed at every step and we could not be more pleased with the quality and service we received. I highly recommend the services and products of HTC.

Jeremy and his helper did a phenomenal job on my patio cover. They worked through the rain to get it done and were very professional. They left the area clean ( didn’t even use my garbage cans for their debris) and put back exactly as they found it which exceeded my expectations. He did warn me that if I saw a leak to contact HTC immediately which I did and was very impressed on the quick response to my issue. He came out and resealed the full length of the roof line to make sure it wouldn’t happen again. We really appreciate the work they’ve done.

The Sales Rep (Craig Stefanik) was AWESOME. He was very informative and thorough. He was very patient with all the questions that were asked. Based on his professional demeanor, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HTC.

I want to give a shout out to Jason and Alex who installed my new gorgeous windows. They were so professional yet personable and I enjoyed having them in my home. Jason and Alex helped answer any questions I had and helped me understand the process and product. I was so impressed by how they cleaned up during and after the project. Two stand up guys! And for the company itself I was very impressed with the communication process keeping me informed even when there was nothing to inform and that goes a long way with me. Definitely will hire for future projects but they’re going to have to send the awesome crew of Jason and Alex!!
