Our experience with Hometown contractors from start to finish was great. We were updated about the project throughout. The work is near completion, with only some odds and ends to finish up, but so far everything looks wonderful. The contractors were prompt and professional for the entire duration of the project.

We had new insulated glass windows installed. Jason and Alex were amazing. They worked great together as a team. Both are very conscientious, about the job they do/did. One day it started pouring down rain; I am talking torrential downpour. Alex was working on the outside. I felt so bad for him because he was completely drenched; but continued working and remained smiling and pleasant while finishing the window that had been started, I am very pleased with them and the job they did. I couldn't' have asked for a better team to come into our home to complete this job for us. Thank you again very much Jason and Alex.

Steve came at the time he said he would to go over options and to give a quote. He gave a lot of great Information in detail. We felt very comfortable dealing with him. I had received two estimates prior to Brandon visiting our home for the third estimate. The representative Brandon was very thorough and professional that my wife and I immediately decided to go with Hometown. Without question I highly recommend this reputable company. They simply were head and shoulders above our first two estimates. I later learn another neighbor had hired Hometown. Jeremiah and Christopher worked on tearing out a wooden deck and replace it with concrete! They were able to answer our questions and sometimes more so with my husbands questions!! They dismantled the screen room and organized it so that team two could easily put it back together- concrete work was their expertise for sure it is beautiful and came back after it cured to clean up the concrete spillage from the lawn! I was worried but they got it back to being areas that will be a lawn of the future!! They were both professional and kind, on time and worked late into the night! Most excellent

Terry and Derick were outstanding in their work, clean up and explaining the plan to put the Sunroom back together (yea missed it) and very creative way to put the deck piece back together to secure a longer life for this area. They both took the time to answer questions and explain their process to seal the room to prevent future leaks. I felt confident that both men knew their craft and worked together but independently! Derick took pride in the placement of the screens! Terry took pride in finding solution for the wood deck that needed a good support to build some longevity into that area of the deck. We are so happy to have cemented the Sunroom and the area on the right. The cement job was fantastic in the Sunroom and outside patio. The only concern was the cement spillages on the grass and along the patio. It looks like it needs to be broken up and removed-I wish we would have walked out and noticed this before it got as hard as concrete. They worked up to 8 pm at night (Concrete crew). The boards around the concrete pad laid cannot be removed because of the concrete spillages has hardened and made this part of the job incomplete.
