He worked with us and listened to our ideas and together were able to plan out our dream patio. The workers from HTC were professional, tidy, and extremely hard working. Hometown finished our shower remodel yesterday. The shower is beautiful, but what a surprise to have so little to clean up! Charles and Dylan laid out mats from the door to the job, and when they left each day, there was very little to do to make the area tidy. My dad has been in hospital, so getting his room back in order was important. The men picked up every last scrap of construction waste, and left nothing but a bit of Sheetrock dust to wipe down. They were polite, industrious, and answered every question we had. I’ll use Hometown again, and refer my friends!

Jimmy and Blake did a fantastic job remodeling my shower and bath tub. Upon arriving, I knew that the craftmanship would be stellar due to Jimmy and Blake's customer service. Jimmy is a master at his craft, with amazing attention to detail and a 'perfectionist' attitude; the qualities of an individual who knows how to get the job done while answering all questions that the customer may have. Jimmy kept things professional while feeling as if he is personable- that is, Jimmy has such good customer service, I felt as if my uncle was remodeling for me. If I ever use Hometown again, I will most certainly ask for Jimmy to do my work. Although Blake is new to HTC, he showed exceptional service and workmanship. Through the guidance of Jimmy, Blake demonstrated that he is willing to learn and is eager for a challenge. He will become a vital asset to HTC in the near future if he continues his growth of knowledge and initiative that he demonstrated while remolding my bathroom. Arrived on time (sometimes early) and worked non-stop! My house was cleaner than when they arrived, showcasing yet another great skill Jimmy has- house keeping. (really though, very clean after they ripped out everything and put things back together). If I ever have upcoming projects and decide to use HTC, I will personally ask for Jimmy and Blake and recommend them to my friends! Excellent service!

From start to finish your company did a top notch job. The salesman was knowledgeable and informative. We were kept up to date all through the manufacturing process as to the expected delivery date. Once the windows were delivered, the install team was set up and ready within a few days. The installation team was courteous, knowledgeable, efficient, and client friendly. They cleaned up the job as they went and everything was finishstandards. highest standards. Great job.
