Professional Screen Room Installation in Pensacola and Fort Walton Beach, Fl
Tired of Being "BUGGED"?.jpg)
There's nothing more annoying than those pesky flies, infectious mosquitoes and vicious wasps swarming around you and your family! Hometown screenrooms allow you to enjoy your summertime barbeques and get-togethers, without annoying bugs and insects.
Hometown screenrooms are custom made to meet your needs, providing protection from the sun, rain and insects. Our design consultants will discuss with you what you plan to use the area for and go over options that will best accommodate your plans. Homeowners have several different options when designing their screenroom.
ROOF SYSTEM OPTIONS
Non-insulated roof system (U-pan) - aluminum roof panels that interlock together without any insulation. The U-pan roof system is designed so insulation can be added in the future.
Insulated Roof System – aluminum roof panels up to 6 inches thick, 4 feet wide that inter-lock together and are insulated to cut down on amount of heat that transfers to patio. The insulated roof system is the best choice if there is a chance of converting the screenroom into a glass room in the future.
Fascia Mount - The insulated roof system can be installed with a “fascia mount” sloping downward to prevent rain from sitting on the roof and creating a leak.
Gable Roof – The insulated roof system can be installed as a “gable” roof creating higher ceilings and a more open feel inside the room.
Shingle Roof System – Hometown can install shingles on the roof system to conform to Architectural Review Boards and Homeowner Association Guidelines.
Conventional Roof System – Tie into your existing roof with a conventional built roof system that will be constructed with wood and blend in with your home.
Many homeowners choose to have their screenroom installed as a “Sunroom ready Screenroom”, which allows Hometown to simply install windows and a door to create a year round patio room in the future.
