“I am writing this letter to say thank you for a job “Well Done” at my home. I had the opportunity to go to the Home Show at the Pensacola Civic Center and met with several business contractors explaining to each of what I needed done to my home which included redoing my pool deck and covered porch area. I had received a few estimates but was impressed with Paul with his no fast pitch sales. He explained what he could do, at what cost and when. I signed the contract.
Mother Nature played a part in not starting the work on time, every morning I received a call from the main worker, Tim, when it was not feasible to do the work which I really appreciated. This meant I didn’t have to call and ask where the worker was. I even received a call or two from Diane when Tim didn’t call.
When Tim started the project I noticed he took extra time to do the job correctly. He even took the time to do a few other things to make the finished job really look professional.
All in all I would highly recommend your company to anyone, I enjoyed the total professional attitude from each person involved with the job.”
